Houserules

Summary of rental terms and conditions and our pet and smoking policy:

  • Pets are not permitted
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house
  • Smoking or barbecuing on the balcony or wooden terrace is prohibited due to the risk of fire
  • The house is suitable for a maximum of 2–6 adults (+ 2 children)
  • The holiday home is primarily designed to accommodate families. Groups of young people (party-goers) and students are not permitted.
  • Report any damage to the landlord immediately
  • The security deposit will be refunded to the account you have provided within 14 days of your stay.
  • The house must be left clean; the washing-up must be done and sorted in the kitchen.
  • You must empty the bins in the kitchen and bathrooms. Sort plastic bottles, tins, small items, paper and cardboard into the appropriate recycling bins. You must take the glass to the glass recycling bin yourself.

Included in your payment:

  • Final cleaning
  • Bed linen and bathroom and kitchen towels, beds made up on arrival (if you have selected and paid for this option at the time of booking)
  • Consumption of electricity, gas and water (normal domestic consumption).

Please note: Our property is not equipped to charge electric vehicles.

Any consumption of energy and water exceeding normal household usage will be charged at the rates applicable at the time of your stay:

  • Electricity: €0.80 per kWh (consumption exceeding 10 kWh per day)
  • Water: €8 per m³ (consumption exceeding 1 m² per day)
  • Gas: €4 per m³ (consumption exceeding 4 m² per day)

The price does not include:

  • security deposit: €300 
  • tourist tax: €1 per person per night
  • optional: bed linen: €15 per person
