IF THE CUSTOMER CANCELS THEIR BOOKING BEFORE ARRIVAL

Between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount

Between 60 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

THE CUSTOMER DID NOT SHOW UP

100% of the booking amount will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee
